Why I Started RCLW Consulting LLC
I started RCLW Consulting LLC because I saw too many distressed homes sitting vacant while families in my community struggled to find safe, stable, affordable housing. After watching the home my parents worked so hard to build fall into disrepair — and seeing my mother, Lorise, face safety risks because of it — I knew something had to change.
With more than 45 years of combined experience in real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, and compliance, I realized I could bridge the gap between neglected properties and the families who desperately need dignified places to live. I founded RCLW to transform overlooked homes into safe, functional, and beautiful spaces that support long‑term stability and opportunity.
This work is personal to me. Every project is a chance to honor my parents’ legacy, strengthen communities, and ensure that families who are often ignored in the housing market finally have access to the quality, affordable homes they deserve.
